"I love supporting local business but not this time. After my son dropped his saxophone not only did it have a dent in it. It would also no longer play. So I took it Walden. They said they could remove the dent and make it playable again. When i got it back the dent was gone but the instrument could still only play certain notes. They then said "well maybe your son isn't playing it right" and suggested taking to the high school music teacher. The teacher then said yep it's still broken. So I took it back. When I got it back the 2nd time it would still not play certain notes. Walden music then looked at it again and once again insinuated that is was not the sax but how it was being played by my son. They also said there would be no refund. Not wanting to waste any more time, 2 month's had gone by, I took the Sax to Nazareth music. There they saw the problem just by looking at it. I had the sax back and working great within 5 days.Not only did Walden music not fix the sax they also never offered nor were they wiling to give any refund. Maybe they are better with other instruments but they no very little about saxophones. I would not recommend this place to anyone"
