She made me a late-day, SAME-day, birth-DAY fresh floral arrangement, hand-delivered it to my Aunt in Chester, and y’all, the experience was flawless. "The funeral home website offered an easy way to order flowers for my daughter’s funeral. When they arrived I was very disappointed. The Beloved Daughter ribbon was not clearly visible and the flowers and colors were not pleasing in their arrangement and the size was much smaller than anticipated. "I cannot recommend The Flower Shop enough! I have been blown away by how beautiful their flowers are, but their customer service is something that you cannot put a price tag on. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mom on her birthday, and they accidentally delivered them a week early. When I notified them about this simple mix-up, they actually delivered a second bouquet on the original intended delivery date, so that my mom could have fresh beautiful flowers for her birthday! This will be the only place I order my flowers from from here on out!"
