"This place is amazing! Starting with Heather and Nadou who are the best and are who manage the reception area. Always going above and beyond in accommodating our appointments when we need them. Ms. Logan, our son’s speech therapist is amazing, very sweet, patient, understanding and always gives us feedback after every single session in what they worked on, the progress that was made, and let’s us know what we can work on while at home to continue our son’s speech improvements. Ms. Megan, his physical therapist is also amazing, sweet, caring, patient, and very understanding; specially with the meltdowns that our son may have here and there. Also gives us feedback after each session to discuss what they worked in and what we can do at home to continue to help him improve. Everyone here shows their passion for their work, and it truly shows. Our son has made a lot of progress since we started receiving the therapy that he needs. I’m so thankful that this office has such amazing and great people to provide their services to our son."

"The overall team is amazing! But I would like to put the spotlight on the people I’ve interacted with. The receptionist Heather is very accommodating. She goes above and beyond to help you get the appointment time you need and if the requested time cannot be met, she’s quick to reach out once it becomes available. Now about Mr. Elmer! By far the best speech therapist I have ever encountered. He took no time to completely understand my child, he’s very carrying and understanding. He keeps our family up to date on my son’s progress in person and even sends an email when we are unavailable. I recall a moment when my son was having a meltdown, and we were having a difficult time calming him down. Elmer was passing by at the time and stopped to help. I thought that was very thoughtful of him. Now about Mrs. Ena (OT). She really loves her job and it shows! She always gives us a brief overview of how the sessions went and suggest ways we could help our son meet the required goals. If there’s something he finds difficult, she’s quick to give us a quick tutorial on how we could better assist. We’ve been with Sensational Kidz for a year now and we’re in love with the services they have to offer. Thank you team, we couldn’t have made it this far without the help of your caring team. Especially Elmer and Ena!"

"Don’t recommend this place! I call them back in July and ask to schedule an appt for my daughter to be evaluated for speech delay, they asked me for my health insurance information which I provided so they could verify my coverage and copay, a week later I got a call from Sensational kidz telling me my copay would only be 75$ dollars but for my surprise this week I got a 200$ bill that describes my daughter was evaluated and received a treatment which did not happen (she was being evaluated and took a whole week after the appt to receive her evaluation results, so how does she could be treated for speech delay before that?) anyway I call this place to understand why I got a bill including a treatment that my daughter was never provided, and I was told that’s how they do ( the evaluation also include the treatment which does not make much sense in my opinion). If you are taking your kids here make sure to talk about the hiding fees. Horrible customer service, never coming back!"

"This office has a very welcoming staff with speech, occupational, and physical therapy. I was a student that shadowed a lot of the sessions for all areas of therapy, and I noticed one trait from each therapist: they all showed genuine care for their patients. Bethany, Chauntae, and Monique, the speech therapists of course had different methods in treating their patients, but with the two months I've been here, I've seen lots more improvements in communication. It's a long process, but they all work well with the kids. Now, going onto the occupational therapists: Camille, Maitland, Tina, and our new student intern, Giftig all are excellent therapists. I believe every patient has a favorite OT here they want to see, which just lets you know how close the kids can get to their therapists. They always make it a game with therapy to keep the kids on track, and it's interesting to see their sessions, because their different methods combine to provide great recovery to normality, or close to it. Ajay, the PTA, works super well with the kids. You can sometimes hear him from his office with loud words of encouragement with the patients he works with, and his enthusiasm shows in the recovery and happiness of the patients. Dr. Kavita is the director of the office, and is also an occupational and physical therapist. With that much experience I learned a lot about her work, one being compassion. Whenever her patients have difficulties with obtaining therapy, she always does her best to accommodate them, whether it be a financial complication, insurance issue, or anything else, she's always there for her patients and is very welcoming. This is a great office, and from what I've observed and worked with, it's a soothing environment for the kids."
