"I went here ONE time for an eye exam for my daughter. I started by asking do they take medicaid, i was told yes, whole reason i even went here. For some reasons the system couldn't process her medicaid and I was told by the receptionist "We'll figure it out." One month later a bill comes in the amount of $643.00 which by comparison eye exams at Target are $70. I called, gave them all the information I gave the receptionist and was told "We'll look into it." Two months later I get another bill so I call up and ask what's going on i thought this was taken care of months ago, the receptionist said my status was still pending, no clue what that even means short of they just don't know how to do anything but process payments. Regardless, I was told "Don't pay the amount, the status is pending." Now I'm getting sent to collections for something that was completely avoidable and a direct result of people sweeping my case under the rug. Doesn't have a result on their livelihood, I'm sure. Still pretty ridiculous to charge almost 10 times the amount for an eye exam just to paid money from the government or in this case me when said payments don't process. #Crooks #Don'tGoHere #BorderlineFrauds"

"My son has been coming here for 6 years. Due to him having COVID, I was told we had to wait three weeks after testing positive before we were able to come back to the center. Once we were cleared to return, I received a letter in the mail saying his slot was given away due to those missed sessions. 6 years and they give his slot away after they told me not to come because of COVID. Treating clients like nothing. It's disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional."
