"I’ve been going here for over 30 years, besides life or death emergencies all my animals saw Dr. Ferret. After Doc sold the practice I figured it would become your typical vet office that exists everywhere now—insane pricing, unnecessary tests, just beyond affordable for most people. I cannot say enough great things about the new docs and team. They are absolutely incredible and they are the perfect vets. They understand their patients and their owners and are practical and thorough. Truly unheard of nowadays. They are everything good in the same ways why our community loves Dr Ferret. I’ve seen Dr Ramirez and today I saw Dr Horn. She’s incredible. Really really god and if you like Dr Ferret’s bedside manner you will not be disappointed. Refreshing"

"Absolutely horrible experience for my first time at this vet. If you enjoy cigarette infused distasteful vet technicians who think it’s okay to grab a cat by the scruff and rip out of the carrier (zero support of legs) and pin down on the table for a simple shot without any respect for owner or cat, then be my guest. Oh, and they left the door open as well. Zero ability to talk to me (the owner) about what’s happening. My cats are extremely friendly with dogs/kids, and have had multiple shots in the past with zero issues from previous staff. Stepped in to express my frustration, and got zero from the tech or the vet. Such a shame. No humility, no ability to establish rapport with me or cat, and zero comfort during this simple process. Fully understand if there are policies in place, but do yourselves a favor and talk to the owner first before ripping my friendly cat out of its carrier. For example, maybe the owner can help take them out! Or let the cat come out on it’s own! Point is, could’ve been handled WAY better. That is exactly why animals hate going to the vet, because of places like this. Also, requested a 1-year vaccine, and got handed a bill for a 3-year vaccine. So be prepared to get screwed as well. Eval took maybe a minute, MAYBE. Love that bill! Only positive was the one front desk lady that accepted my credit card seemed friendly, and there was a decent gentleman who helped with intake for maybe 45 seconds, but that’s it. Such a shame, had high hopes from seeing other reviews. Feel free to contact me to apologize and rectify if you have any integrity/care!"

"This is a great animal hospital!! Their staff is very polite and friendly. Recently, my 6 month old puppy broke his front leg, and they were able to see him right away, get him x-rayed, and guide us through the healing process. They also do grooming. Our puppy received his first grooming a couple of weeks ago, and they did a perfect job. He smelled clean for weeks!! I highly recommend Countryside."

"The staff were very helpful and professional. I unfortunately had to put my 14 year old very large dog to sleep. The staff wrapped him in a blanket, carried him from my car, and let me spend more time with him privately. Everything was very peaceful for my dog. They were very compassionate."

"A sincere thank you to the staff at Counteyside Animal Hospital as well as Denaples Equine. Dr Emily Bold was a god send for us as our 10 year old Rhodesian Dane mix got sick. She was on the phone with us for a few days prior to us having to say goodbye and was so kind, sincere, and supportive on the day we decided his time had come. Emily let us all feel at peace, did so with grace and kindness and we cannot thank her enough for that. It made a hard decision and hard day easier for us all and did so in the comfort of our home since our big guy was not doing well enough to bring him in. A billion thank you’s would not be enough."
