"First off, I have to comment on how clean they keep the place. I mean, wow! I worked at a vet office over by Wyomissing in college and I remember how easily it can get dirty. In other ratings, the front desk ladies were amazing, compassionate, and kind. I just rescued my first dog on my own and they loved on her so much. She was allowed to be how she was. I had forgotten my wallet in the car and they held her for me so I could run out. They didn't rush me when I had forgotten to transfer my money from my dog's fund to my checking account. They were incredible. If you ladies are reading this, Bailey was so happy walking out of there. You made her feel so loved. Dr. Proctor was just as good! He was so attentive and listened well. He was so kind, made jokes, and made me feel so good as a first time owner. His words "Hey you can do what you think is best for your dog. I am here to give advice", made me feel like I had such a huge say in my dog's health and honestly, made me trust him so much more. I am so impressed, so happy, and will speak highly of this office. You guys rock and thank you for doing so when taking care of animals can be so hard. Your morale is impeccable. - Bailey and Rae"

"Refused to see our dog for emergency surgery, who had been a patient several times previously, simply because we get their vaccinations at a discount elsewhere. Dr Frankel was extremely rude right off the bat when I explained I couldn't pay the $7,000 upfront cost at an emergency vet and I was looking for options. It seems he has changed. I thought he truly cared about our pets wellbeing in previous years, but it appears its really only about the money."

"I've seen Dr. Frankel before for one of my other dogs and he was wonderful. I recently had a situation where I possibly needed emergency care for a dog who wasn't a patient of theirs yet and they were somewhat rude on the phone and said that they weren't available. Very surprised and disappointed! I'm sure Dr. Frankel would have said otherwise!!"

"In my experience in caring for many cats I have found Dr Buck to be the Best! He is calm, careful and accomplishes everything we need in a stress free and calm manner. I would recommend Dr Buck to anyone looking for someone to help them care for their cat. He is “the cat whisperer “! Check him out! Tell me I’m wrong!"

"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! If I could put a “half” star I would. I brought my cat here because he was having some upper respiratory symptoms. I was told he was obese and had tarter, to cut his food to 3/4 cup 2x a day and to call with a weigh in every Friday. Fast forward weeks later and the cat is now not eating and barely drinking. Took him back and the same vet had such a nasty attitude towards us apparently because I questioned his previous diagnosis. Asked me what I thought was wrong then dismissed my answer and said, “ let me be the vet!” He then told us to GET OUT!! Literally gave zero thoughts to our pets health because of his ego. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by anyone."
