"Honest review! I just got my nails done here about 20 minutes ago and I cannot stop staring at my nails! I have tried a ton of places and was never satisfied until I came here. I love love LOVE my nails and will def be coming back. The man that did my nails did everything so perfectly. He listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. I’m not exaggerating. They took care of me and didn’t rush me out. Thank You!!!!"

"Hi my star Trekkers. I have to be honest I have a hard time finding a nail salon mainly because I have a hard time finding great customer service. However I can honestly say the customer service wasn't too bad they was professional it's just the actual Service for the nails was mediocre. My nail polish Iwas just the worse. I did not receive a good nail set of 2 days later I had to go to a different salon and get my nails repainted"

"$60 for pain and ruined nails. They shaved my natural nails down far too much, now as they’re coming off [the acrylics] my nails are getting ripped apart by the nail bed. I was telling them they were hurting me while doing my nails and they didn’t care. don’t go here if you value how your natural nails look. They’ll saw them down to the nailbed."

"The people were wonderful and attentive, however, the outcome of my nails was not of the quality. Although good customer service is key to the success of any business, Friendly Smiles and good conversation is not what I paid $40 for, I paid to have my nails neatly sns manicured, what I got in return was embarrassing. The nails are Lumpy, uneven, crooked, and around the edges looked really dry. I was so disappointed with their level of skill and the quality of my nails after the fact, that I didn't even want go back to ask them to fix it, out of fear they may worsen the problem. Please slow down, and take your time in ensuring each customer is extremely satisfied with the product that they are paying for. I'm giving two stars for the positive environment and customer service, but the the nails were pitifully."
