"The worst people . This place should be shut down. Called this store told them to cancel my order, and give me a refund becsuse the couch did not fit through door snd they continued to tell me they cancelled it and 2 weeks later they did not 3 different times."

"After making a payment and had full communication with the store they went to my House covered the exterior of papers with my name and private information all over the walls and open the window. Called the store before closing time no one answered the phone , arrived to the store the person present did not pay attention to the issue and staid on the phone looking down and said nothing , No apology NOTHING .Called customer service they filed a complaint this happened yesterday no one has follow up .called today for a second time another report was filled no hasn’t follow up after 2nd report . The worse experience in the world to the customers who make them a business. Everyone that I know that has an account with rental center has a story to tell and how they make the purchase experience a nightmare. Also waiting on a service for 2 pieces sense December one of the item was paid off and still waiting for the service to claim payments they are fast but to make a customer happy never . The only person who has giving me a good service is Anthony the new manager and he was on vacation at the time of the issue."

"Zero stars if I could, Tiffany and the management of the New Brunswick, NJ are completely unprofessional and unequipped to work with the public. They turned a difficult time when my family was in need of a refrigerator into an awful experience and should not be in the customer service industry. They were extremely rude, repeatedly hung up the phone when I was trying to speak, and canceled my order when I explicitly stated "I am not canceling my order." Tiffany also refused to provide the first name of the male mgr who continued to repeatedly pick up and hang up the phone stating "we dont provide personal information" even after I told her providing an employees first name is not personal information...its customer service. She then also proceeded to hang up yhe phone. Neither seemed to have the wherewithal to be equipped to resolve the delivery issue, each one made bad decisions worse than the other and they simply followed each other in being rude and disrespectful in addition to laughing and making light of the situation as if it were funny. We now still do not have the refrigerator we need as we go into Thanksgiving week."
