"I have been going there for years. Was always happy with them BUT no longer. I would not take my animals there if it were the last place on earth. I have a rescue dog and she is difficult but still deserves to be treated humanely and they don't. Stay away. Looking for a better place if anyone has a reference"

"I can’t say enough positive comments about Dr Elmore. We had a sick dog that ended up passing away. Prior to his passing, Dr Elmore researched and thoroughly spent time on what the problem could be. He called us back after several phone calls and visits trying to figure out what route to take. The time he spent on our dog and his professionalism will always be remembered during such a difficult time for our family. We are lucky to have him as our vet."

"Had an appointment last week with Dr Corcoran, waited 45 minutes in waiting room, and 30 minutes in exam room. Dr Corcoran came in complaining about her day thus far. My dog is training to be a therapy dog and has been evaluated by two professionals who agree he has the perfect temperament. Dr Corcoran came in finally did not introduce herself to me or my dog to establish a rapport. She just approached strongly & coldly, firmly to look my dog's ears who promptly growled at her and tried to bite her. Prior to her entering the room he was relaxed and laying down calmly. Dogs have a sense of people, and she was too cold and uncaring with both of us. Not sure she's in right career."

"Can charge $200 for 5 mins of work but can't have $30 light fixed in the waiting room that is putting out a very high pitch noise. Not only was it bothering me but my kitty wasn't to happy having that blasted in her ears waiting for her appointment and sure all the other pets are not to happy listening to that. I told the persons working the reception desk and told me "well you get used too it"."
