"I’ve had massage as part of my personal care routine for over thirty years. I can honestly say that this was just about the best one I’ve ever had! Hannah is awesome and her massage will leave you in a relaxed state of nirvana. I always have trouble just releasing the tension, even during a massage. When Hannah left the room I was an absolute puddle!! You owe it to yourself to see her!"

"Strafford Nails is in the strip mall near the Wayne Farmers Market. There’s plenty of parking. Nona took care of me today. The manicure is $40 and includes a hot stone massage and hot towels at the end. The manicure is $23 and includes a brief shoulder massage at the drying area which overlooks the parking lot and Lancaster Ave. Other reviews mentioned that this place can be hit or miss but I think that’s the case everywhere. I will return."

"Staff were a little rude when i walked in didn’t feel welcomed at all. My toe nails are uneven and polish is blotchy. I felt very uncomfortable the entire experience. I was charged $20 more than what i was told when i called over the phone when inquiring about pricing. This salon was recommended by a friend but i will not return."

"I used to come here a lot while I’m in school I went to the salon today. And I asked to get my gel nail UV removed I never said I wanted gel polish again and I continued to ask them and say regular nail polish. They kept on rolling there eyes and ignoring me Hannah is rude, I called and made an appointment and they had the nerve to tell me to wait and did some other girls nails when I was there before her. But that’s not even the issue I have, when Hannah switched with this guy to paint my nails and I will say he did an amazing job. I then get to the price and she tells me 40 DOLLARS! When I called about how much it was she told me 10 and to get my nails regularly painted it would be 15 which is what I said how do you go from 15-40? Then when I’m questioning her (the owner) about the price she tells me I said gel nail polish. I never said that then they proceeded to laugh at me and talk about me right in front of me. I couldn’t even believe I still gave the guy a tip. Again I loved going to this place regularly on a daily basis. Now I will never go again. They were highly unprofessional and they made me just want to leave every two seconds they were talking about me. Again they did a good job but I’d rather go to a place that would treat me with respect and not talk about me negatively."
