"This place is supposed to close at 10pm, yet I was denied entry at 9:55PM when I was simply attempting to purchase firewood. When I told them I needed it to stay warm through the night, I was told “too bad”. I watched people walk out 12 minutes later. Did I mention I shop here every week for years? Not anymore. Avoid this place if you can."
"I was in there on the 24th December at 4:16 for my checkout. Two employees started cussing and yelling at each other, then one ran up the stairs and the other ran after the first trying to physically fight the other. It was awful for that to happen, awful to see and I am ultimately disappointed in that store. I will likely not shop that store. I tried to go on the website for the chain about this and I can't even get through the 50 or more get a free this and that from other stores. This chain will likely never see my business again because of the fight and then the inability to log a complaint via my receipt."
