"I had a wonderful experience today with their repair service! I called about a problem with my machine. I did not purchase it from them and it is not even a brand they sell. However, the technician was willing to speak with me directly. He told me that the problem most like was a pin or other object lodged inside the embroidery arm. I asked if it was something I might be able to fix myself, as I really needed my machine immediately. He said it probably was and explained what to do. I was able to get into the machine, removed a straight pin and was quickly running again. What a wonderful experience! I will be having all my maintenance performed at this shop in the future.
