"My daughter and I have been coming here for years, always had a great experience. Unfortunately, the girl who did our nails , passed away. But the other girls are also good. The only complaint I had was when a young blond fella did my nails. I was not happy.The owner does a great job."

"Technician Kim did an excellent job. $40 is extremely fair, I was able to stay under $50 with the tip. I feel uncomfortable when the employees are having a conversation in their native tongue. Customer service is an art, perhaps they don’t try to talk to the customers since their English is broken. I thought it odd when I watched the owner check her phone while working on a person between drying time. Perhaps, she was more social when she was doing the persons nails! I guess if I want customer service then I need to go somewhere else."

"At first I thought it was going to be a good place. Family nails, so I brought my sister. I wanted almond and got something far from it. I wasn't going to write a review but this morning I woke up to my cuticles inflamed with itchy little bumps. This experience was definitely not the greatest. She started my nails just fine. I thought they looked decent but then a group of people came in and she just rushed to finish. The nails don't even cover my natural nails. I didn't know what she was doing until after I left but in stead of fixing it she decided to just cut my natural nail, To try and hide it, I'm assuming. They are also so uneven and lopsided. They don't even look like they could pass as real nails. I'm so upset my nails came out so terrible. I'll be going back today to show them."

Someone recommended Kathy and I made an appointment with her. I get dip, keep my nails short and am super particular about shape and thickness. She filed them perfectly and they weren’t too thick like other places. I will definitely be back!! ❤️"
