"This hospital uses a my chart system that does not allow parental access to minor’s records and actually needs children as young as 14 to “share” their account with parents. The don’t answer their phone and their VM system indicates it will take up to 48 hours to return calls. I am sure they have excellent doctors, but their office management needs some serious work."
