As all sales people are usually pushy, I would say he was nowhere near pushy, but consistent, very friendly, personable and knowledgeable, and his winning smile got him an opportunity to speak with me about the business. Unfortunately I ended up choosing my previous copier company for the new lease with the idea… “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it “. Quickly, I found out that I had made a big mistake and we got the wrong copier for the job and after five months of misery, I asked Tim Senior and Tim Junior for help!
