"I have gone to this nail salon off and on for years. I went In on 12/9 Just to get a fill. I keep my nails a little thick since I'm a truck driver and I brake them a lot if they are to this. I told the guy this and he made them papper thin. Now it is Wednesday morning and I have chiped one and broke 2. I will never be going back there again. Now I have to take time that I don't have to go get them done again"

"I would give negative stars if I could. I have been going to this salon since 2016 as I grew up in the area. When I arrived (04/15) to spend a girls day with my friend there I initially wanted a full set and a pedicure but changed my mind to just a mani-pedi with gel. I was charged $68, which is the price of a set ($40) and the pedicure ($28) instead of the $30-$40 something it should’ve cost me. The lady who did my pedicure was rude. I am a little hard of hearing in my right ear and when she would ask me something and I had a hard time hearing or didn’t answer “correctly” she would mock me to the other lady also doing pedicures. She told me I have too small little toes and was telling the other lady as well. She put way too much gel on my toes and by today they have mostly all peeled off all the way or partially. While she was doing my pedicure I told her my skin was a little sensitive due to my job and she kept poking at the sides of my big toe on my right foot until they were red and bleeding, you can still see some slight bruising and purple color on the toe in question. The care they have for their customers and just in general has gone downhill since COVID has happened and being ripped off the amount of money I was is very upsetting. I’ve been for a mani-pedi in January and February and it only cost me $30-$40 (since I have gotten regular and gel both) not almost $70. The services I had received and the end result only 3 days later was not worth the money I paid at all. Never again do I want to go."

"I showed the tech a picture of the nails I wanted and she delivered on design! The place is clean and there a many color choices and styles. The reason I gave a 4/5 is because the edges around the nails were not completely cleaned from polish at the end and not really much massage during that pedicure. I would recommend them though!"

"Zero Stars. Made reservations and for two sets of Mani/Pedi. As more patrons started to pour in my pedi became tremendously rushed. I chose to overlook the missed left-foot massage and nail polish splattered around my skin. But then.... she caught the attention of head nail tech after rushing through my manicure and throwing down her utensils (Even the nail tech next to us started taking notice) I asked if she was going to help my nail tech because she is getting very frustrated with the very plane pattern (seen on my big toe pictures) and after a lengthy conversation in Chinese she asked what I wanted. I said to come to the nail salon for nails... if that’s too much I would like to pay for my toes and leave. It was very uncomfortable and my daughter was really embarrassed. I felt for $97 I got the worse nails of my life and all my Fb friends are getting pics of these horrible nails I posted here. Hope the owner sees this to correct that behavior. I didn’t go to the nail salon asking for much, just a nail design and was greeted with a lot of sighing and literally temper tantrum!"
