"Update - although it has taken much longer than we had hoped, our hot tub is now fully functional following replacement of a jet pack and control board. Costello’s was responsive but we did need to keep constant contact with the manufacturer and its technicians who were not always responsive nor transparent. Overall, we are satisfied but the experience old have been better. I really wanted to write a positive review but at this time I cannot. We purchased a pellet stove and hot tub from Costello's. The sales process for both was seamless and Kathy is a joy to work with. There were no issues with the install of the pellet stove; however, the hot tub was not fully functional upon installation over a month ago. Since this is considered a warranty issue, it has been left to us to deal directly with the manufacturer who has been less than responsive. One of the jet packs is defective and there is an electrical issue. We have had multiple calls, emails and text messages with the technician, and nothing has been resolved. We chose to purchase from Costello's which is over an hour from our home based solely on the positive reviews, but I cannot recommend. Very disappointing."
