"I recently spent time in rehab at your facility. Thank you for your assistance in getting me well enough to return home. I can't say enough about the quality of care I received. The rehab staff patiently helped me to obtain my goals. PATIENTLY. Their visits were something to which to look forward.An example: I mentioned to Darline how I lived in my recliner. She rearranged the furniture to give me use of a recliner. Quality care with a personal touch. I never waited for a response to the call bell. Quickly and with a pleasant attitude always. Unfortunately, I was not eating much while I was there. I enjoyed the food and beverage I ate. A nice variety. I'm sure the long term patients enjoy the variety. I spent a long time at Hamot with some serious issues. I was so happy to be able to receive the quality care needed so close to home. Again, I can't say enough good about your facility and staff. Thank you for everything."

"DO NOT put your loved one in this home!!! Items are OFTEN stolen, family mbr has fallen out of bed multiple times, we've requested OVER & OVER again that our family mbr ALWAYS has something to drink in front of them (at all times, water, pop, etc.) EVERY TIME we walk into family mbrs room there is absolutely no drink in front of them. Times when they were supposed to help family mbr eat their meals (because they couldn't feed themselves), they didn't. Always schedule activities for elders to go out of home (shopping, hair appt's, etc)... Always canceling the activity because something is wrong with van or they're waiting for a part. No one in administration EVER returns your calls after multiple messages left. Office staff has been extremely rude at times when not necessary. Do you and your loved one a favor and find a different option!!!"

"My mother went in for rehab and two weeks later, her arm was broken when putting her to bed. It was not documented until the next day when I was visiting her. In the ER, they did a full workup and her sodium was 121, causing weakness and confusion. I had expressed concern over her confusion several times and was dismissed. Thankfully we were able to get her transferred to another facility. The care plan meeting was never set up properly either."

"My daughter has been in a couple nursing homes in New York for PT. My Mom is Warren they are by far the best that I have dealt with. Everyone is friendly, patient & caring. I've never had a bad experience or complaint from my Mom."
