"I will start by saying that I'm a big fan of Chipotle and it's one of my main go to's when I need a quick bite. However, my experience tonight is the worst experience I've ever had at Chipotle. 1. The service was terrible. There was a lady a few parties ahead that also received terrible service and started getting frustrated verbally. When it was my turn to order, the individual servicing me was pretty rude, mumbled words I couldn't make out when I asked for things, and was otherwise overall unpleasant. 2. The food was inedible. Usually I can get over questionable service when it's fast food but I had to throw out my burrito bowl after only a few bites. The rice was uncooked so every single bite was grainy and like eating sand. I am extremely disappointed with this Chipotle."
"Came here Friday night. Objectively speaking, worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Food: Rice was undercooked, resulting in a crunchy/sandy texture with every bite. I ate about 1/3 of the bowl before throwing it away. This is the main reason for my 1-star review. Service: Staff was pretty grumpy Atmosphere: Not the restaurants fault, but the customer before us was yelling and giving tons of attitude and creating an uncomfortable environment. I felt bad for the staff"
"I made on order on uber eats and this chipotle decided that they didn’t want to follow instructions tonight. I bought a quesadilla with 1/2 steak and 1/2 carne with white rice and black beans. they skipped the whole quesadilla part and just gave me the meat with rice and beans in a bowl??? like why are we pretending that you don’t know what quesadilla means? this was just PURE laziness and no critical thinking skills. this specific location is not worth the pain. id rather drive to a chipotle an hour away then order from here again"
