"Nice staff especially on the clinical side. They worked very well together. Very patient with my nervousness regarding procedures. The staff was very efficient and was like a well oiled machine. Very patient and kind. They got stuck waiting with me while my ride was delayed. I felt bad since it was a Friday. Thank you Danielle, Joe, Melissa and Dr Halvorson and all the staff whose names I can not recall. Hopefully I won’t have to be back for awhile."

"Complete Mess. We arrived early and waited an hour and a half to be seen. The nurses called patients by their first names without using their last names causing confusion with common names that people share. This caused another thirty-minute delay. They called me and said that I would be able to pick up my mother in 20 minutes, of course, it took 45 minutes. The lack of transparency is extremely annoying. The place is full of written signs which makes sense, given that their front desk team shows little to no interest in actually explaining policies or interacting with people."

"Make you get their 45 minutes early and then start 40 minutes late for a 40in procedure. Disappointed with organization in general..Doctor doesn't like to talk and always a long wait when you call."

"I had several issues going in, not the least of which was that I tripped on entering the facility. Not the facility/property's fault, but sometimes I just do trip. I have bad knees and am under-care by several doctors for that issue. But once I fell, the care started, first with some nurses who saw me and immediately came to access the situation. They helped me into a wheel chair and got me to my appointment. Once inside the Endoscopy center itself, further care was taken to make sure I was unharmed besides the knee pain and they found I had scraped my hand and a nurse came to clean and wrap that for me too. They also made certain that I had not hit my head and that the procedure would be able to happen, because if I were concussed, it would need to be postponed. I was alright though and we proceeded to have our colonoscopy done. The team care was excellent. My doctor greeted me, reassessed me before the procedure once again and the entire test seemed to take no time at all. The person who was with me to help me relax, the anesthesiologist perhaps? Was excellent. He told me his name but I forgot what it was. He was kind and listened nicely to me ramble about this and that, making me feel at home. Dr. Karp was wonderful, funny and professional. He got to the business at hand and removed a polyp for me. And during the recovery stage, came to speak with me about what he found and how to best approach the issues, giving me instructions on a better diet to follow and how to get healthier. He was really super nice and never spoke down to me at all. Jasmine was my recovery nurse. She took excellent care of me, even wheeling me out in the wheel chair to my car afterward and making sure I was alright. I would 100% recommend this Endoscopy Center in Laurel. They were all very kind, professional, helpful and caring. Worry is something I struggle with and they all did their very best to help keep me informed and calm during each and every step of the way. I am grateful for the care that I received here. A big thank you to Dr. Karp and his entire team. I appreciate all the time and kindness shown to me on a day was quite nerve wrecking and anxiety inducing. What you do matters, from the cleanliness of the office, to the smiles and caring eyes of each person I encountered. You all showed your best selves and worked wonderfully together. All Stars."
