"Absolutely the very worst experience ever and the doctor should loose her license. STACEY MALLARE. If you get a appointment with her, avoid it. We got scheduled on a Saturday, all the doors were locked and no one answered us knocking for over 20 minutes. Stacey eventually came to the door and asked if we had an appointment. We told her yes and with her. She laughed and stated she didn't hear the door. She then asked us to sit in the waiting room and she went into the back. She came out about 5 minutes later and asked who we were and what we were there for. That was my first concern. She then struggled to figure out how to use the scale for over 10 minutes. That was my second sign for concern. Then we finally go into her office where she can't stop fidgeting and repeatedly asking the same question. She asked for my insurance information 2 times. Took things that were said and completely flipped them. I was done and we left. They tried to call to schedule another appointment and we refused to see them ever again and told them what happened. They just said ok and have a nice day. Now I received a bill for that day because she never put in the insurance information. DONT EVER GO HERE"
