"Terrible front desk staff/customer service experience. My mothers appointment was a few days ago and they said they would put in a prescription for pick up at CVS. Two days later the CVS said the prescription never came. I end up calling their offices to speak to the clinical staff in order for them to put in the order. I was placed on hold for 30 mins, was hung up multiple times while I was on hold (especially as it got closer to when they took their lunch at noon), and they picked up and hung up the phone as soon as I called. Literally as I am writing this review, I called and they picked up the phone and left it on the table for me to listen to their conversation. Very unprofessional and terrible health care experience. No Doctor is worth this type of front staff experience."

"I don't know why this place has a low rating, THIS OFFICE SHOULD HAVE 5 STARS. From front desk to seeing Dr. Block interacting with other professionals staff and everything between was smooth, timely, professional, compassionate and informative. I have found my favorite doctor's office. Take the step, ignore the negative comments like I did and you will not regret it."

"The front desk needs some work but love Dr. Block and Dr. Brooks. They are both so open minded to all the things that may come up in your visit, and so patient and understanding, I honestly have had a better more gentle experience with them than most of the doctors I've had that are women(Not at this practice specifically, just in general) As long as Dr. Block is practicing I will be a patient here"

"I have been coming here for years!! Since before I had my 1st child. I usually see Dr. Brooks and Dr. Block. Love them both! They have always been proactive in my care! I will say they are very busy but they have always answered all of my questions and if there has ever been any doubt about anything in my pregnancy they did not hesitate to see me or make sure I saw a specialist. When my children were born the Dr that delivered them was from another practice that works with this one and they were also wonderful. I think next year I have to switch insurance and I am dreading that if that is the case I might not be able to come here."

"This place is unprofessional. They lost my paperwork but of course that was not before they billed my insurance. To make an appointment be expected to wait for 10plus mins on the phone and then be talked down to and put up with rude customer service. I was supposed to have something done at an outside facility did I know that? Do you think anyone informed me? Of course not. Their main thing is oh let's listen to the heartbeat how about let's view the baby. Do not go here if you have a choice."
