"Took my dog there 2 weeks ago told them she was sick bleeding from backside and she is very hyper the vet there said the shot would only last 2 weeks and problem would come back it did not last even a week the vet and iagreed it would be best to put her down but instead the Mgr there said no and gave my dog pysc meds but had nothing to do with nothing to do will the problem spent a $190.00 for nothing my dog still has the illness not happy will cost me another few hundred dollars to put her down which should have done the first time our dog is 11 years old and she does not need to suffer not happy"
"if i could give 0 stars i would, i had adopted a cat from here around 4 months ago now, the first couple days of bringing her home we noticed her spay incision was looking infected, took her there three times and the site was still not fully healed after giving us iodine the first time we went, antibiotics the second, the third i scheduled a deworming as well because she had been puking them up and first, they shamed me for getting flea medicine from a pet store and not their vet, and said they can’t deworm because she’d just been treated, which is not true, didn’t give us anything for her belly either. took her to a REAL vet the other day and they cleaned up the wound amazingly and gave her antibiotics, dewormed and gave us spray to clean. this “vet” doesn’t care about your animal. he cares about the money he gets from you continuously bringing them there. will NEVER be back."
"The team there was so nice and took great care of my little girl Zoey on her first visit. Thank you all. See you for her follow up."
"The people at the Jefferson County Humane Society are wonderful. Their volunteer work helps countless animals. Their food pantry helps out considerably. They're located in a decent neighborhood. The staff are always polite and eager to help out in any way that they can. I have nothing but good to say about them."
"Ive had my dog who has skin cancer in for surgery three separate times and every single time they have done an amazing job and have taken care of us as best they can with this current situation and would highly recommend them over some of the other places around here. I appreciate anyone who cares for animals because if we dont help them who will. Thanks again for helping us sure Max appreciates it as well."
