"My cat developed an ear hematoma and needed to be seen right away. My own vet was booked up the rest of the week. So I called this vet and they worked her in the same day. They determined the cause and treated it as well as putting in a plug to drain the ear the next 2 weeks. You can tell the people who truly love animals because they will always make the time for them when they need to be seen. Because of their prompt action, my cat's ear will go back to an erect position as opposed to permanent flopping from failure to immediate treatment. She's a beautiful snowshoe that I rescued from the pound and I'm glad her health as well as her beauty have been preserved by a vet clinic that cares. The doctor was kind and friendly and knew just what to do to make our experience a pleasurable one. I would highly recommend this clinic and the vet that we saw. I'm very grateful. The care was great and the price was reasonable. Can't say enough goid things about them."

"All staff was super friendly and treated my pet like their own. This appointment was a simple checkup and first vaccines for my 10 week old kitten. But , the service I got was top notch. Especially from the vet himself. This will be my vet from now on , unless I find a legitimate reason for them not to be."

"I rescued a puppy a month ago at 3 months old. He needed another series of vaccines and a rabies (too young at the time for rabies). I scheduled with paw prints soon after getting him and was scheduled on a Monday (today) that was booked for 3 weeks. I got a TEXT from the vet on SATURDAY AFTERNOON that my appt needed cancelled due to the vet being sick. They have SIX vets. No one was willing to make this right. Instead, they offered me URGENT CARE at an extra $150 that wouldn’t be waived. I called several places in a panic to get my 4 month old puppy taken care of. All were booked til December, some MARCH! I was referred to AVS and called them. They were able to get him seen tomorrow ! I haven’t been there yet but already impressed! I AM APPALLED AT WHAT PAW PRINTS DID TO ME and AVS is a life saver!!"

Also they didn't try to push a bunch unnecessary things on me either like most do. They was willing to work with me to make sure my cat received the best care.
