"I would give Dr. Gill 5 stars, but the one star will be given when they can train a switchboard operator to pick up a call before the 50th ring, and when they convince the older woman at the laboratory window to go ahead and retire. I can not believe she actually puts her hand up in the "talk to the hand!" position, just so that she may call a patient's name before you have a chance to speak. A simple "one moment, please." Is all it would take. She is truly unbelievably rude and should not be anywhere near the general public. Other than that, everyone is great- once you get someone to answer."
