"My wife and I tried to join this practice as new patients. We had a lot of difficulty initially with the receptionist during the registration process. For example, she told us that because we had another doctor on our insurance cards we wouldn't be able to register! We were trying to register as a new patient and so therefore had our old primary care provider on there. How else could you be registering as a new patient! Even when we did manage to explain things, our calls were never returned and we had to continuously chase them. Due to an emergency we had to delay the initial appointment. We were unsure when we would be able to get back to Cambridge and therefore wanted to wait before rescheduling. The receptionist firstly told us that we could not cancel the appointment, even though it was nearly a week beforehand. We finally managed to get her to agree that we could cancel, considering we were 100 miles away. But because we were unsure when we would return and couldn't immediately reschedule the appointment, she informed us that unless we could give an exact date for our return right there and then, then they wouldn't take us on at all... Now we have to research and find a new doctor. I have heard nothing but good things about the medical staff here, but trying to navigate the admin staff to see them is such a headache that it just isn't worth it."
