"I didn't go to the office for any visits. I'm writing this review on my experience of how upset I am being DENIED treatment for my cats. I had to "apply" for my pets to be seen. Seriously? People don't have to apply, they just walk into an Urgent Care and get treatment for whatever they walked in the door for. I understand that some animals have more of a "temper" than others and should be evaluated upon first visit. Not some blind form about your pets attitude that can change at any moment, anywhere. So you mean to tell me my pets may have to continue to suffer while I find another place because she got denied in her application? That's messed up! Would not recommend this place at all. Again, I'm not a client of this facility, was DENIED treatment for my sick cat. I'm not sure how many places do this, but the audacity of an application for a sick animal to get treatment is absurd in my opinion. How would you (Regional Vets Center) like it if you had a broken leg, or a painful Ear Infection but can't get medical help because you got denied via an application for treatment? When I got my denial email, I responded asking why she was denied, they never responded."

"Dr Johns has been caring for my German Shepherd Thor and he is the only vet we have been to that is not afraid of him and was able to figure out his skin issues. He was always itching to the point where he was losing fur but Dr Johns took the time to figure out why. Thor has been on the treatment prescribed by Dr Johns for a month now and he is like a new dog. No scratching all night anymore or chewing on his paws until they are sore. Dr Johns and his staff are the best!"

"Not ONE word of compassion or understanding offered when my cat was taken n put down for possible rabies...NOT allowed to be in the room even when I asked to please just be in a far corner so he could hear my voice and no offer of wearing a protective gown that I was told was state required for the vet and his assistants. I was told no ashes would be returned as the state was involved n no keepsakes but saw $300 charged for the cremation along with the State fees for testing. I can only hope and pray this vet is kinder and more gentle with our furbabies than he is with people."

"I have a large breed dog, he has only been to the vet for shots, as an adult, one time so at this visit he was very anxious and not cooperating. We tried a muzzle, we tried having me hold him, no go. Dr Johns and his staff were patient enough to wait for my husband to come from home which is 15 minutes away so he could help hold him down to administer his shots. It worked!!! Most vets would have probably made me reschedule. If you have a large breed dog who is anxious at the vet, I highly recommend Dr Johns and his staff!!!"

"We are so happy we brought our beagle Chip to this veterinary. He was treated with so much kindness and the doctor is very thorough! We followed his course of treatment each time we had a concern for our dog and each time he pulled through. I will never take him anywhere else. They were very accommodating to our emergency situation and we are so very grateful for the care he received. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, they definitely deserve it."
