"Had an amazing massage with Jameel in the graduate clinic last week. Part of my self love week. Over the last month, I tried to find another place that had one single practitioner that could care for my needs. I wasn't able to and gladly returned to PMTI. It was hard to believe that Jameel had any break from regular practice. The techniques used were as exacting as a machine. The communication and sensing were beyond measure of typical compassion. I left with some great ideas for self care. The clinic has gone the extra mile by tracking my sessions and finding qualified individuals that exceed my needs. It has become personalized but still professional. Go in, have a nice conversation, and see how they cam help you too."

"The overall graduate clinic massage experience was at the level of the best. Once I understood the new facility layout (and had navigated covid protocols in person) it was easy to get comfortable. The massage was perfect in varying level of pressure combined with skilled technique. It was refreshing to have communication from a massage therapist that seemed to genuinely + kindly want to help. I've been stressed and muscularly sore. Was a mess before I got there. I left feeling like I was in a new body. Think I'll go back in a week or two. Pretty sure I found my new go-to."

"The best educators in massage therapy around. Employers in the area continually offer better starting rates to PMTI graduates. Students are taught critical thinking, how massage affects various pathologies, ethical boundaries, and body mechanics/dynamics. Their student clinic is extremely cost effective at $39 for a one hour massage, however, If you have special requests or have a health issue, go to the graduate clinic for $59/hour. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous and they have lots of low cost workshops for people interested in massage. Also, they have a great atmosphere! Highly recommend for those seeking to become therapists and to people seeking massage."

"Always pleasant, courteous, and professional. Office feels like a cross between day spa and health professional's office. I like that. I seek massage therapy; do not need burning candles and sounds of ocean waves to know I am getting a good, therapeutic massage. I see Judith, my favorite therapist. Talk with the staff to hone in on therapist that might be best for you. I encourage all my family and friends seeking massage therapy to first try the therapists at PMTI."

"I've been going to PMTI since it existed on Wisconsin. (I do miss the intimacy of that location, though appreciate access to metro and easy parking in silver spring.) With the online system, I barely deal with people at all. I've only had one bad graduate massage over the years, and my response was to skip her tip. I have not encountered rudeness ever. Stephanie and Francesce are excellent! The massage is 5o total minutes and my Oy complaint is that I wish it were more customized. Do they waste too many minutes explaining what you'd like them to focus on. You'll get the same mastage regardless. Overall, worth it."
