"I was here at 10 mins before my scheduled 6.00am delivery and it’s now 10am and still at the door all because of counting they say. I was assigned a door right at 6am but it baffles me why it would take 4hrs and more to unload me. Never again will I accept anything coming here. Respect for time should be their priority but i guess not. Don’t expect to be in and out in two hours at this location guys. Not gonna happen."

"Went in for warranty service on a vacuum cleaner. Had exceptional service from Chris the Service Manager and left with a working vacuum. Would happily return as a customer at the Machine Shop there."
"Took them 3 hrs to take off 9 pallets with 160$ lumper. Locals were coming and leaving while all trucks with sleeper where staying here many hours. No restroom."
