"Terrible customer service, I came to get a relaxer then a blow dry, asked the cost I was told the price is $46, I really called not paying as much when I was there my previous visit. I looked at the price list which did not state that, I tried asking the older lady with the short hair cut a few questions she just very rudely told me if you believe is too expensive then go somewhere else. What a nasty and unprofessional way to speak to someone. Very poor mannered human."

"Extremely unprofessional! After being up charged for long hair, and here 3 + hours to complete a color only, I’m still waiting. I’m waiting for a student to finish doing the student who was doing my hairs, hair. Yes you read that correctly. I’m waiting as my stylist gets her hair done. Not only that, I had to tell the student to wash my hair twice, and to condition my hair. (The worse wash and condition I’ve ever had) To say that I’m extremely annoyed is an understatement. I think my time coming here has come to an end. This is absolutely unacceptable. No instructor has said a word. Almost 4 hours and counting when it was only 4 people in front of me is crazy. Complete disregard for the customers time. I usually have a decent experience. But after 7 years off and on, all of a sudden I should be charged for long hair. I would have been ok with that if the rest of my experience wasn’t horrible."
"DONT COME HERE! Your hair would either be good or bad depending on the students. I had a student not know what she is doing and didn’t even know how to blow dry, flat iron, and trim hair. She needed help by a professional who was telling me my hair won’t get heat damaged because I told her I can already tell my hair would be heat damaged. My instincts were right . I washed my silk press 1 week later and it was heat damaged. Straight pieces . If you go to the shop tell them you need a professional not a student who don’t know what they’re doing ."
