"I am looking into theatrical/ performance makeup but wanted to take a regular makeup artistry course to get the basics down first and get some experience working on other people. This class was more than I could have imagined and I loved everything about it. The teachers I had, Marlena and assistant Victor, are very supportive and patient and always willing to help out in any way they can. They bring lots of light and laughter into the seriousness of the class and it is comforting to not feel under so much pressure with their sense of humor and ability to communicate efficiently while also making the class fun. The classes are easy to follow along with and each class we got lots of time to practice hands on at the end. Overall I am very happy with my experience here and would recommend to anyone whether you’ve never done makeup before or think you are a pro already:) You can always learn something new!"

"I really enjoyed every class that I took for the 15 weeks I was here, but one of my favorite class was the fantasy makeup because you can become a bit more creative with the looks. I like how they show you step by step on how to apply everything and tell you what you have to improve in which I think helps out a lot to see what we have to work better on."
