"Bought a used gun from Kellner's, the trigger broke on it before I even had a chance to take it to the range. Not a big deal. I dropped it off to them to have it sent out for a repair at the manufacturer and it stayed there for over 30 days. I called twice to follow up to get a status, the first time was over two weeks later and I was told they were waiting to ship it out, the second time was over a month after and they were still waiting for a label from Smith and Wesson. After another week I went in to pick it up, and they were displeased with me when I asked for it back. They didn't say much to me after they set the gun down, they didn't apologize for the long wait or lack of contact to let me know what was going on. Really disappointed in my first gun purchase from this shop."
