"I am in front of a supposedly community clinic but if you don't speak English, don't come because they won't treat you."

"This place is not that bad but if you're in need of a refill on prescriptions, they take way too long. I put a request in a week ago and they still have not refilled her prescription (this happens a little too often). It seems like we have to put a request in 2 weeks in advance instead of 1 week. This issue is literally what led to my mom's stroke a few months ago. Thank God she was able to fully recover. I just need to find her another doctor at this point. They play with patients lives too much here."

"I recently changed doctors. I’m currently pleased with my doctor, he’s very thorough. On the other hand, the wait time is horrible. Also, trying to get through on the phone is ridiculous. I’ve called while waiting in the waiting area just to see how long it would take for them to answer. Needless to say, they never answered and they weren’t doing anything. They should discontinue their voicemail services. It doesn’t benefit the business if you can’t get through for assistance."

"The absolute worst primary care experience you will ever have. My favorite part is when they finally pick up after leaving you on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up on you immediately. I’ve had appointments for specific services and the staff literally asked why I was there. Two stars because some staff actually care. It’s unfortunate that they work for a provider that makes them look bad. Horribly disorganized. Go anywhere else."

"am a new patient. The Dr was great but the wait time is horrible, waited 1 hour to be taken back . the nurse in the office is great but it seem like the front staff didn't let her know i was there. Also the ladies on the phone while I am trying to get an appointment or make an appointment young lady had a horrible attitude and kept hanging up on me while the wait time on the phone is more than 20 mins long"
