"My experience with this institute was terrible. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and don’t work with Ihsan. In the month of September 2023 I made the decision to sign up my two sons in their program. My younger son for the hifth and homeschool and my older son for Alimiyah with homeschool. I was treated fairly and was given all the paperwork to move forward. After completing the paperwork and submitting the payments, I asked for a receipt and they said that is not something that is provided and we do it with ammana which I have no problem with when done properly. Payments that were submitted are: Registration fees, technical fees, first month for alimiyah and hifth for both children. I also paid a full year of homeschooling for one of the children (because I was committed and this is what we wanted). I didn’t pay the second homeschooling in full because I wanted it to be on the same email and the system wouldn’t allow me to do so unless I entered another email. I didn’t want that option so someone was supposed to help with that but Alhamdulilah that didn’t happen. As the boys started to attend, it was pretty clear after the first 3 days that this was not the program that would meet our needs and that we didn’t want to continue. I spoke to mufti Sibghatallah who then referred me to mufti Abdullah and they tried to work with the boys to see why it wouldn’t meet their needs. They got the answers they were looking for and understood why my sons didn’t want to attend. After that happened, I tried to reach a resolution to get the money I paid back since we aren’t receiving any services and it’s my right! I called, texted, left voicemails and messages and my issue is still left unresolved. They claimed I had signed to this. I asked for the paperwork ( I have copies of everything I signed but not the receipt with payment) and they couldn’t provide me with that paperwork that I agreed to pay for a full year regardless of me continuing or not. Had that been true, I would have made a monthly payment instead of yearly. Till today (January 1, 2024), I have not received a single dollar of what I have paid, and the audacity that they still have the credit card number and haven’t even removed me from the system, every month they try to take the payment for the alimiyah program because that wasn’t paid a year in advance!! My husband canceled the card in order to stop this. As an institute that teaches strong Islamic values, please treat others as such! I am very disappointed and upset that I have to write this review but I have tried to work in a very professional and understanding way to claim what is rightfully mine with no ammana and Ihsan in return!"
