"The doctor is great but the administration staff needs to do better. Had me waste my time and call off work just to tell me problems with my insurance and I have to call. Like why didn’t they call and verify everything before I got there. They call and text me every 2 days to verify my appointment and gave them my insurance 3 times(1 in person and 2 over the phone)I was there for a hour for a procedure with one of my legs and called out of work just for nothing. I should have listened to the reviews."

"The first time I scheduled here they called me the day before to cancel my appointment because the provider had covid. I get things happen, it was frustrating for me because they had no other providers and being a stay at home mom, I had already arranged child care.I didn’t like that there is no direct office phone number, and to call or schedule, you have to speak with an outside telecenter. The telecenter repeatedly called me to tell me my insurance was expired when it was not, after about 4-5 of these same calls, they asked me to call my insurance to make sure. I had to tell them to do their own job and call the number on the back of the cared. It’s not expired. When trying to fill out the pre-appointment paperwork online, their website kept crashing and I was unable to do so. Trying to do it at the office was a pain as well because their iPad kept crashing. On the day of my initial appointment, walking in I saw the receptionist and another tech marching down the hall saying “we have no gloves at all.” I was finally called back 23 minutes late. I was the first appointment of the day so not sure why the delay. Again, SAHM with sitter at home, I schedule first appointments of the day so I won’t be taken back late. The ultrasound tech (tall blonde woman with an accent) repeatedly asked me if I workout, if I lift weights, telling me I need to build muscle, telling me unless I start working out my left leg is going to end up just like my right. Very condescending and shaming the entire time, and completely unprofessional especially having never seen or discussed my medical history. That’s the doctor’s job, not yours. Talking with the doctor went fine. I did schedule all my treatment appointments, a total of around 6, though I think I’m going to cancel and look elsewhere. The whole experience so far has been completely unorganized, very churn and burn, feeling like just another number kind of care. And NOBODY deserves to feel shamed about their health/appearance. I don’t think I’d feel comfortable entrusting people to treat my body who don’t even respect it."

"My in clinic experience was fine, but the post procedure experience was terrible. I was receiving multiple calls a day demanding payment because the company invoiced the wrong insurance company. I explained the issue to USA Vein Clinics at least a dozen times to no avail. I had to block the USA Vein Clinics phone number as the daily calls spiraled out of control. I canceled all my appointments, and I am in the process of switching providers."

"Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I used to be treated at Vein Clinics of America in Arlington, VA and had a wonderful experience with them. Then that firm was acquired by USA Vein Clinics and my experience was awful. I was never actually able to be treated by them as they never requested insurance approval to treat me and when I showed up to the appointment they didn't even have me scheduled. So that added a delay for treatment and then when I went back they didn't have a provider there to treat me because I was AGAIN not on the schedule. Well they fooled me into making another appointment and then they cancelled it the day of. If you have a choice, don't go to this business. I'm still owed over $400 and it took FOUR phone calls to get my medical records sent to me. Even now they keep sending requests to my insurance provider asking to treat me even though I'm no longer a patient. Don't go here!!"
