"What a joke of an organization. Quick answer to schedule an appointment but you'll endlessly sit on hold for anything else. How do you accomplish anything when no one answers? Why would you want to get help from this organization if they aren't even there when you call? Because of this place, the suicide hotline reps still have a job Edited to correct typos"

"The therapists are probably great but when they say they are in network and then have to call you the day before to say they screwed up and aren’t it doesn’t give me much faith. And since my family goes here already and likes thier therapists this just sucks all Over….way to discredit work and the time it took to build report and trust. You don’t realize the damage you just did in the work that was being done, but I assume your office staff doesn’t care. What’s even worse is our insurance is paying these as in network so clearly their office is clueless"

"I went to LifeStance health for around 5 years and I saw Dr. Herman. He was an excellent doctor at first but as time went on he seemed to care less and less and was always in a hurry. My daughter saw him as well and noticed the change too. He kept offering me different medicines and did not listen to what was going on with me. There were several times I went in and he didn't even recognize me and one time he thought I wasn't his appointment. I went into his office one day crying, feeling extremally depressed and suicidal and he told me I would be fine. He told one of his dad jokes thinking that would make it better and sent me on my way. I stayed with hip cause I felt stuck. I eventually did end up in the hospital because of my thoughts and how bad my depression got. The hospital couldn't even get him on the phone. They instead reached a counselor who helped me more than he did that day. When I left the hospital the LifeStance staff had called to set up an appointment. He didn't even call. I think he has so many patients now that his level of care has gone down. I went through a very rough patch without help but I am now seeing a new doctor not at LifeStance and I also still see the amazing counselor from the hospital. I don't know how the other doctors are at LifeStance. The counselors my daughter and I had there were good. It was just difficult to get appointments with them. If you need a once a week appointment, which is critical at times, it will be hard to get one. The last time I tried a counselor there I could only get in once a month. LifeStance has some things they need to work on in order to better provide great and timely care for their patients."

"Dr. Herman is fantastic. I have been treated for Bipolar since I was 13 years old. I am now 34. This is the first time that I feel like I have a doctor who is really going to work with me to get better. He has great resources and a vast knowledge of pharmacology and Bipolar disorders. I highly recommend him!"

"Dr.Herman has been my doctor since 2007/2008-present. He is an amazing doctor, he knows his medications, he knows much about addiction and MAT medications, he knows how to properly diagnose IF YOU are 100% HONEST with him, and gives you the best help he can with the information you give, your diagnosis, and more importantly what YOU want to do. He will also get back to you usually within an hour through the patient portal messages or he will call you personally depending on the situation. I’ve been extremely lucky to have a doctor who is so caring, loving, helpful! Yes, he does have a certain personality that many have left reviews of him being rude or not seeming to care but that’s just his personality and you have to know how to take him. If you want a doctor, especially an MAT (medical assisted treatment) doctor who actually knows his stuff and isn’t in it just for the money then I highly recommend him!!!!"
