"The psychologist Mr Maisel in the Annapolis office has been very helpful to me. He is easy to communicate with. He listens well. He allows discussion at the pace of the patient. He has offered insight into several personal problems that changed my perspective. The psychiatrist Dr. Herman at the Arnold office is also communicative and allows the patient more time if needed and necessary. Sometimes up to 45 minutes more. However I believe he is fully booked with his current set of patients and I can’t evaluate his competency as a doctor… because you would need to be a doctor yourself to answer that."

"Had 1 therapy appointment and on 2nd appointment therapist told me she was leaving and it might be better to begin with a new therapist. Was told I would be contacted to schedule an appointment with someone new that day or next. It has been a week and I have not received a call. In addition, my credit card was charged for my 1st appointment even though I submitted both Medicare and supplemental insurance with UHC. I sent a message almost a week ago and have NEVER heard any response. Very difficult to ask for help and then have to totally readjust to another therapist, much less have no responses to messages."
