"I love all the nurses and my dr dr.Chavali the receptionist on the other hand Mary has no bedside manners what’ so ever . We have to do a urine test every appointment one time I didn’t interrupt her because she was on the phone when she hung up she asked if I did my urine I said no because she was on the phone and I didn’t wanna interrupt her she said “I’m always on the phone you can just sign to me and I’ll unlock the door” this time I signed to her that I needed to do my urine she rudely said “can’t you see I’m on the phone gosh” another person had to come and see what the problem was and I explained to her last time she said to sign to her and this time when I did she got all upset she told her she needs to stop being so rude my WHOLE APPOINTMENT SHE GAVE ME DIRTY LOOKS I talked to other lady’s that were there and they all said she was very rude another nurse tried to defend her actions by saying they’ve been very busy today but she apologized for her co-workers actions maybe Mary is in the wrong work field and they should hire a new receptionist my blood level went up to a 141 and after my appointment it went back down to a 131 also don’t try calling because they won’t answer unless it’s to schedule an appointment"

"I love Dr. Nekia Barrow but this location’s staff is seriously unprofessional. For context, I’ve been having memory issues with my pregnancy due to a treatable vitamin deficiency. I’ve seen Dr. Barrow with my firstborn and my current pregnancy. I called today to schedule an appointment and whoever answered the phone at around 1:15pm on Wednesday, April 19 2023 needs some phone etiquette training. Here’s how our conversation went: “Hi, I’d like to schedule an appointment with Dr. Barrow for such and such date.” “Okay well have you seen her before?” “Yes multiple times with this pregnancy and my first.” “Well then you’d know that she only practices at this office on Fridays.” I proceeded to explain that I’ve been having memory issues to which I was not apologized to for the tone and manner in which I was spoken to. Completely thrown off by this point, I said “You know what, I’ll just call back later” and abruptly hung up the phone. What could have been a simple conversation was unnecessarily malicious. Please have the staff here go through etiquette training ASAP because this experience was not only unprofessional but it was anxiety-inducing given my predicament."

"These reviews are ACCURATE! the staff is extremely rude. You would think they have -5 cares for your HEALTH. I’ve seen people of all personalities and races being treated a way by these women. If my doctor wasn’t such a great doctor I would never come here. Oh and FYI ALEXIS enjoys giving customers the run around. Avoid her at all costs!"

"My husband and I love Dr. Mazarei, we are forever grateful to her because she was the only one who stood beside us during my fibroid pregnancy with my oldest daughter, whom Dr. Mazarei delivered in 2019 and the staff at the time was so nice and professional. Now I go to this office, besides a few of the staff, it's so unprofessional. It's always one lady in particular who answers the phone like she's uninterested in helping schedule appointments, answer questions, and she does the same face to face as well. Because of this at the beginning of my current pregnancy I didn't get an in office appointment until I was 20 weeks, they caught my gestational diabetes late, she scheduled me for every week after I hit the 32 week mark when its every week after 36 weeks which i am today. My last appointment was May 13th so they had to fit me in the schedule for today and next week, even when she scheduled those appointments she said "you requested the appointment and you dont remember." Today I get told by a doctor that I'm taking up another patients time slot and if I'm late for my scheduled c section that my baby won't be delivered."
