"I’ve battled spinal issues my whole life. The last 20 years, with 7 major surgeries and a host of complications, have robbed me of quality living, in my day to day life. I’ve seen many Physical Therapists during the course of my experience. As the Fall-Winter months tend to limit my activity and leave me in pain, I asked for a referral to Pivot. The reviews looked promising. The Mountain Road office, along with Shane and Martin, have impressed me the most. I am not dumped in front of strange gym equipment and abandoned. I am not left laying on a table while therapists gossip about patients after they leave. My exercises and stretches are specific to my problem areas and do change, as I update my therapist, based on my progress or level of difficulty. There are zero egos, and I feel comfortable asking questions. My daughter was recently diagnosed with Hyper Kyphosis. I have also scheduled her at Pivot, as I am confident both Shane and Martin can help make a difference. The front desk crew are always helpful and friendly, which makes the entire visit stress and hassle free…something I truly value."
