"Great shop with a solid staff. They dialed in my bike perfectly before I came to pick it up. I’m an ex-bike mechanic and mechanical engineer so I can be nit picky with my bikes, and my experience here was flawless. Also they have a nice sized inventory of road bikes, gravel, hybrid, and hardtail mountain. They don’t have much in the full suspension mountain bike category but that makes sense being in ohio."
