"This was my first visit here and will be my last. The quality of the gel mani/pedi wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great. I wouldn’t have even left a negative review based on the quality. The nail techs (I had 3 total because they kept switching around) were rushing and being careless. During the mani the tech buffed my nails so hard that it was painful and cut my cuticles open. Next, during the pedi, I’m not sure what the tech was doing but she kept cutting my cuticles again. At one point I kicked away in pain. There were multiple blood spots on the towel from her wiping my blood off of the tools. After this horrendous experience the lady ringing me up tells me she’ll give me a discount if I pay in cash. I did not have cash so that was not an option. I am not one to not leave a tip but I didn’t in this situation. After I signed my receipt the lady asked me if I had already tipped the nail tech and I told her no and then left. I’m posting this as a warning to other potential customers. It’s not worth it. I paid $100 for average/below average work and a painful experience. Pics of the blood included."

"My second time going here. A lady did my nails both times. Terrible work. Uneven ,crooked ,& sloppy ! I will attach photos for you to decide. Overpriced!!! I don’t get color cause I do them myself. I think she was mad over that. $65 for a set of acrylic. They feel so thin like if I bump the nails they will break. Im sorry but I don’t suggest going here !! No cuticle oil no buffing just slopped it on and sent me on my way"

"They did a okay job not worth over $100 for both in my opinion. It was rushed and my daughter's nails are very thin and her thumb was cut. I like mine but they're uneven. If they took longer to do them I'm sure they would have been perfect."
