"Communication makes a huge difference! I didn't know what to expect my daughter's first procedure but she had to have a second and the staff really went the extra mile this time to assure a safe procedure but also to ensure our comfort with her procedure. The procedure was explained thoroughly and the procedure went well. Staff is always pleasant and our doctor operates in the best interests of everyone as best as he can. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. More importantly they are patient and do their best to address your concerns."
"Run do not walk from this manipulative business. On March 9th, I had both an endoscopy and colonoscopy's with one of the practice owners, Dr Castille. I did my due diligence and asked if the facility was in network as well as Dr Castill. Well lo and behold the facility was not in network. First, I have top tier insurance. Colonoscopy’s considered preventative. Why would I pay out of pocket for a preventative service, colonoscopy? Next, why wasn’t I provided an estimate for the procedures out of network-surgical center? Or, better yet made fully made aware via an estimate what was out of network? I provided my insurance and asked the right questions. Or provided the option to go to Olney, Md surgical center which is in network? The practices of this business was not transparent and not unethical. I intend to file a formal compliant with the state of Maryland. This is highly unethical behavior and price gouging at its finest . Make sure that you triple and double check everything the billing and front desk staff tell you. ,"
