"Rob and Bob at Giant were so helpful and kind helping me navigate my Giant frame warranty. The process was long and complicated because of inventory issues and they patiently helped me figure out what the best option was for me. Moreover, the bike that broke was extremely sentimental to me because I rode it 2000 miles after my mom died. They handled my attachment to the bike with kindness and were gentle with me throughout the process of getting a new bike in my hands. They answered all of my MANY questions thoroughly and never made me feel like a bother. I learned a lot about the warranty process and about the future of my biking career through them communicating with me. Having worked at the REI bike shop, I know full well how much work goes into these processes and I felt fully supported by the staff at Giant of Bridgeport. Lastly, as a trans person, I felt respected and safe in the shop with both Rob and Bob. I can't wait to go back to their shop for service and help navigating my bike."

"I did not find the folks here super helpful. I bought a bike rack to put on my bike and was told I'd have to make an appointment to have someone put it on for me. I just don't think that is great customer service. I rode my bike there hoping they could put it on for me, instead they were very helpful with helping me strap the rack onto my backpack so I could ride home with it. Granted, it wasn't that easy for me to put the rack on since it didn't come with long enough screws, but I really don't think it would have taken them more than 15 mins to do it for me. oh well."

"Fabulous staff and service. I called them out of the blue to rent an E Bike so a Congresswomen could participate in a Bike to Work event. They were super cool and accommodating. On my way back from the event I stopped in the store to see if they could help me upgrade the stock 32 teeth chain ring on my new Surly Bridge Club to a 36 tooth chain ring. They worked with me to find an anodized green chain ring that matched my pedals. Even with mail ordering parts they turned the bike around in 5 days. Very easy to communicate with. My bike looks sharp and rides better. They are even located next door to a brew pub and are also located on the Schuylkill River Trail."

"Had my bike tuned up here. Took a week to do the brakes and put a new chain on which I thought was too long since it was January!! Service was good but not cheap. The store seems to not have many customer any time I have been in there and finding a salesperson can be a challenge. Not sure I would go back to this bike shop."

"Bought a bike today (plus a lock and extra part for my bike rack) and had a great experience. Rob was knowledgable, friendly and gave me time to try out the bikes and think about my decision. Good inventory and gave me tips for preventing theft. Rob even helped me set up my new bike rack, which was a really kind gesture! Overall great shop with good people working there."
