"This is a very belated posted review on my part. My experience at Pivot located at the Magothy Beach Plaza was fantastic. The first point of contact, Sherry, is the person "in my opinion" that is "the glue that keeps this Pivot organization running smoothly!". She handles all the paperwork that is extremely important for insurance purposes and she is very professional, helpful and friendly. My physical therapist was Amanda. Amanda was extremely efficient, and very helpful in my physical therapy treatment after my complete knee replacement surgery. She provided me with great "hands on" exercises and always with (I know a smile under that mask). Amanda offered many suggestions and helpful hints to aid me in my healing process. She is an expert in the PT field. I definitely would recommend Amanda to anyone that needs assistance in this area. Also wanted to mention all the staff were friendly, and professional and helpful. On a scale of 1-10 I would give a "12", which many times I do not do. Thank You!"
