"Dr. Kempf just retired. Have been a regular patient for a couple years now and the staff has been good to me. Easy scheduling, you get a text and phone call reminder prior to each visit."

"BE WARE !!! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST office staff and Dr I have ever had to deal with. After waiting nearly an hour ( they made sure to tell me to be 15 min early to my appt) I inquired about my appointment and all the others who were scheduled AFTER me but were being seen before me. They told me I was a new patient so therefore I needed to wait my turn. ARE YOU KIDDING ME an hour wasn’t long enough. I told them I had a sitter at home with my children and then the Dr got involved. He told me I SHOULD HAVE PLANNED BETTER. ALL DR RUN BEHIND AND I WOULD NEED TO BE PATIENT. I WALKED OUT!! I wish I had read reviews BEFORE I WASTED MY TIME. If I could give negative stars I would. WORST DR OFFICE EVER AWARD!!!!!!"

"Called me back promptly after I made a voicemail inquiry to become a new patient. 4 days later, were still placing me on hold, repeatedly confusing themselves regarding me with another patient, the appointment they quoted me now not found. Lost faith in their ability to maintain my medical records. Will have to keep looking to get medical help."
