"The staff in the clinic is very nice and Dr. Garzon was great. Unfortunately he left. The USA Vein Clinic group is absolutely terrible. They mismanaged the practice. I've had them cancel appointments because they didn't have necessary supplies. I've had very late appointments because of computer problems. Now Dr. Garzon left and they have left me stranded in the middle of my scheduled treatment plan. Avoid USA Vein Clinics!!! Edit: I see your reply to my review. I did email that address, and fill out the contact form on your website and nobody has emailed me back. I've called 3+ times. The most recent call I was on the phone for over 20 minutes and then was told you're having system issues and I'll have to call back Monday."

"Dropping my insurance in the middle my multi-visit procedure -- good thing I called, because no one at this office even had the courtesy to give me a heads up. Following up here as there is no way for me to respond to USA Vein's reply to my original review. I emailed Customer Service with my concerns OVER A WEEK AGO and have received no response. So for all those curious about this clinic and seeing USA Veins respond with a private customer service email line to direct customer complaints to, it is a lie and just a way to silence complaints. Funny because I am getting calls from the billing department multiple times a week... Clear where USA Vein priorities are."

"Imagine traveling out of your way to go to one of these locations because no one answers the mainline and only one location shows it’s available on the website. I traveled a hour and a half in traffic to get there only to be told that I would need to reschedule because they have no Internet. No call, no systems in place for inconvenient situations such as this was enough for me to never go here again and that’s without being seen as a patient. First impressions really are lasting impressions. Do better!"

"I was 10 mins late for my appointment, I had my dog with me, I apologized for being late and I informed them that I couldn't call to notify them, because they have no direct number for their location, I was then asked if my dog was a service dog, which I answered yes. I was told that it would be an issue as the nurse who will be doing the scans / mapping of my leg is allergic to dogs, but I could leave the dog in the patient assessment room while my scans are been done. After my vitals were and I payed the co pay, I was seenby the doctor who explained the process and what would be done, he stated that he would have to reschedule me because he only have one staff member who can do the scan and that the fdogwill be a problem in the future, if they were understaffed this should have been said the moment I got there and they should not have collected any co pay."
