"I’ve been going to Germantown physical therapy for two years now for variety of joint issues. I can now sit up straight with good posture without pain for the first time in about 30 years. More recently I regained mobility in my hips that greatly improved my ability to get in position when playing Pickleball. It really improved my game and reduced recovery time when I overdo it.
