"Had a telehealth appointment and the doctor who was Dr. Kavita D Patel was very condescending towards my health concerns and disregarded them. Did no help with providing solutions or help. Not to mention the disorganization regarding appointments too. Will not ever go back to another mary center especially when the doctors feel the need to be rude and wanting to “get it over with” instead of truly helping patients. Oh they also never have appointments for some reason and refuse to do physical exams in person when other clinics can. Im not sure how you can do a physical without seeing a patient in person. Whole call was useless. Did nothing to help me or my health issues."
"The sign in staff are so incompetent and unprofessional that they need 15 mins or more to sign you in, even if you are an existing patient. They are super slow and can only type like 2 words per min and make you wait like 3 hours to be seen. If you come on time for your appt you are consider late, due to their incompetence you have get there 15 minutes earlier for registration even if you are an existing patient. They don’t even make eye contact when they talk to you and act dumb when you ask them questions. The doctors and nurses are great, it is very sad that I must give them a bad review due to the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the front desk staff. I have been their patient since 2007 but due to their unprofessional staff I feel like I will have to find another medical provider. I feel like I would be doing a disservice by recommending this Doctor’s office. Do yourself a favor and find another medical provider, as I feel they would treat you with more respect."
