"On my visit 1/31/24 I filled out paperwork and was told to go to the room and wait for the “doctor” the assistant came in to take my blood pressure and after a few moments the “doctor” Beatrice Omidiora came in without knocking and approached me in a very rude manner and said OK SO YOUR. TEST IS NEGATIVE in a dismissing manner her approach was very nasty as if I was lying about having any Covid symptoms i have not experienced any rudeness by any employee or doctor in this facility until today…. There should not be this kind of attitude towards any patient when you pay to come and be seen"

"Very inviting as soon as l walked in they created me. Came in with back pain and the wait wasn't long at all. Very friendly staff. Front desk associate Sandra really helpful to me, made my visit pleasant. She took good care of me."

"The best customer service I’ve received in the medical field in a long time! Everyone was very nice, attentive, informative and caring. The medical assistant working on 1/2 after 4pm was amazing! She was very in tune with me as a patient. They all worked together quite well. The wait was long but I don’t expect fast service after the holiday. Thank you so much!"

"I can't believe they took me to the back.. Placed me in an examination room and left me there for over 2 hours. When the doctor finally came in, her bedside manner needed major improvement. She wasn't much help at all, she didn't even suggest the best quality of care.. I had to make suggestions. Do yourself a favor and skip pass this urgent care facility. I'd actually give 1 star, however the lady working in the reception/check-in area was delightful."
