"I just had a terrible patient visit with Dr. Ryan C. Cleary in the Bel Air location. In summary, I told him I wanted to discuss two Medical issue’s I’m having. He told me, “ you have 15 minutes so choose one” I told him this visit is over. I complained to the office manager, I rescheduled with a different urologist and I reported him to the Broad of Medicine. As patients we have rights, don’t ever tolerate bad bed side manner and arrogance from any Doctor you visit."
"It is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had, especially as it relates to client service and waiting. I arrived 30 minutes early, as instructed, only to want an additional 90 minutes with zero communication from the woman behind the desk. It seems Dr. Cleary was running "a little late", amd she didn't bother to tell me until I finally approached her to cancel my appointment. Get that!! I waited nearly 2 hours!! After canceling, she had the nerve to ask me about paying my co-pay! This Doctor Cleary and the staff is pathetic. How about I make the doctor wait 2 hours for me to arrive. We all know how that would've worked out. I'll never go back"
"Chesapeake urology has been absolutely wonderful. I brought my mom to this practice after moving her here from out of state. In two months of being in the hospital and getting suboptimal care in North Carolina, she was still suffering without a clear diagnosis. We saw Kelly, London, PAC for a first virtual visit, and then again for an office visit. In just two visits., Kelly did more to help us diagnose and get to the root of the problem with my mother, than several doctors that my mom had seen within the past year. She has a kind and gentle bedside manner, and everyone in the office was very accommodating and professional. We waited a total of five minutes in the waiting room, which was immaculate, and very spacious. I want to think everyone at Chesapeake urology for the great care they have shown my mom, in only two visits. I could recommend this practice to anyone..❤️"
